It's ok. Lots better service than the Gardner DQ. The 119th Olathe DQ is probably best. Still clean inside and out.

Swung by at 8:45 on a Saturday night. I was picking up a butterfinger blizzard for my wife. Line was long. I guess typical for a Saturday Night. I had to wait 10-15 minutes in the line. They did the upside down test for her blizzard. It passed.
I like DQ's blizzards. They set the par and are the industry standard for frozen treats with candy mixed in. Mcflurry's, Concretes, hurricanes, Blasts; they all pale in comparison to the mighty DQ Blizzard.
I wish they still had snickers. The new Twix is good, but man, that snickers blizzard was perfect. The also used to have a coffee one, like a heath cappuccino flavor. I think they have the ingredients and will make it for you, but it's not on the menu.
They are expensive, and seem to rise in prices, but that blizzard is incredible. -

Average DQ. Sorta on the dungy side. No reason to run there. DQ is losing it - nothing like the one at Geneva-on-the-Lake, OH...that's for sure.

A very tired and worn-out restaurant chain. I ordered their summer "special" and let me tell ya... ain't nothin' special about it. I ordered the Brownie and Oreo Cupfection and the Brownie tasted like it was chilling in the back of their kitchen fridge for days. If you want quality ice cream, go to a locally owned ice cream shop. Honestly, the McDonalds Mcflurry is a much better option than what I ate here today.

The "$5 buck lunch" is a very good deal. You get your choice of a chicken wrap, chicken strips, or a cheeseburger with fries, a drink, and a sundae. My order was ready in about two minutes. The burger tasted good, with a nice contrast between the warm burger patty and the generous amount of chilled lettuce and tomatoes. The service was friendly and helpful, while the dining area was clean with good background music.
